The Harvey Wheels Festival

As the new City of Harvey leadership engages in efforts to restore “Integrity, Unity and Pride” in Harvey, this event along with capital improvements will be essential in realizing that vision. The goal of the event is to enhance local mobility options, promote bike safety, and foster wellness in the City of Harvey. The main event will be a 1.5-mile bike ride throughout the residential sections of Harvey, showcasing some of the quality homes and green spaces in the heart of Harvey. The event will feature bike-riding lessons, fix-it clinics, and other activities.
