INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

Welcome to the City of Harvey’s Annual 4^th of July Parade, carnival and fireworks show. Our 2023 festivities will kickoff Saturday July 1^st 2023 at 3pm. Line up will start on 154^th st. facing east. The Parade rout will go from 154^th in Wood to 154^th in Broadway where we will disperse into the carnival.

Carnival – Our 4^th of July carnival is fun for all ages. Featuring a kids zone and bouncy houses and ride on train for younger kids, gaming truck and small carnival rides for elementary age kids as well as a trampoline station for teenagers. Each year the carnival games and rides are subject to change depending on availability and amount raised in donation.

Donations – To ensure the City of Harvey host the best 4^th of July celebration in the Midwest, we are seeking donation from all entities. If you would like to donate please click here.  

Parade entry – Our 4^th of July parade features performers, including dancers, stilt walkers, drum lines, elected officials and much more. If you are interested in participating, please view the application and participation form here.
